Frequently asked questions

Deliveries are prepared and leave our offices from Monday to Friday at 13h. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the departure from our offices depending on the chosen option and taking into account only working days.

1. Mainland Spain

Standard delivery: This shipping is free for orders over 25€, for orders of lesser amount it has a cost of 4,99€. It takes between 2 to 4 business days from the time it leaves our offices.

24h Express delivery: This delivery costs 5,99€ and takes a maximum of 24h (working days) from the time it leaves our offices. 

2. Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla

Standard delivery: This delivery is free for orders over 39€, for orders of less than 39€ it costs 4,99€. It takes between 3 to 6 working days from the time it leaves our offices.

3. Canary Islands

Standard delivery: This delivery is free for orders over 59€, for orders below this amount it costs 7,99€. It takes between 3 to 6 working days from the time it leaves our offices.

For this option it will be necessary to provide the National Identity Document with which the invoice can be issued.

4. Portugal

Standard delivery: This delivery is free for orders over 39€, for orders of less than 39€ it costs 4,99€. It takes a maximum of 72 hours (3/5 working days) from the time it leaves our offices.

At the moment, we do not send samples outside the Iberian Peninsula.

5. Europe

Standard delivery: This delivery is free for orders over 69€, for orders of less than 69€ it costs 9,99€. It takes between 4 to 10 working days from the time it leaves our offices.

It includes all the Autonomous Communities located in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Exchanges or returns are free* in this area within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges and returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received. The deadline for exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the order. The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the order in our offices.

 * Returns will not be accepted on opened or used products.

2. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

Las cambios y devoluciones se podrán hacer por cualquier motivo siempre y cuando el producto esté en las mismas condiciones que se recibió. El plazo para cambio o la devolución es de 30 días desde la recepción del pedido.

The exchange costs 7€ and must be paid before proceeding with the exchange. 

Returns

The return has to be made by the customer with the agency of his choice, assuming the cost. Returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the order in our offices.

3. European Union + United Kingdom

Includes all European Union countries and the United Kingdom. The change or upgrade costs 9.99€.
