The dietitian wants me to make changes to my diet! Lately I haven't had time to do some sport or to prepare my meals with care... (I hardly even had time to breathe, to be honest...) As a result, I've gained a few more kilos (although I look great , why deny it). However, and making self-criticism, I should change certain things in my diet... And that's why I come here today. For this reason, herbs and spices can be the best substitutes for salt in your meals , as they will add new flavors to food, thus overshadowing the taste of salt.

Refined sugar is not only directly related to obesity , diabetes and many other health problems. Therefore, you should reduce (or even eliminate ) the consumption of sugar from your daily life. However, you have to add some sweetness to the day, so today I suggest you try stevia or agave syrup . These natural sweeteners sweeten your food up to 15 times more than sugar, and are much healthier!

Avocado, olive oil or rapeseed oil:

Did you know that the Mongols were the first people to document the making of butter ? It was not until years later that the Vikings and the Celts spread this food to the rest of Europe. However, despite many years of use of this food, in recent years its consumption has decreased considerably, since it does not provide many beneficial fats to the body ... On the contrary, olive oil, rapeseed oil or avocado They will not only add great flavor to your meals, but will also help your body get all the beneficial fats it needs.
