Yesterday I had to do general cleaning at home. And you don't know how much lime came out! Did you know how difficult it is to clean a shower full of limescale? (Now I really know...) Since yesterday I haven't stopped thinking about it. If the limescale in the water leaves the surfaces of the house so dirty, how is it leaving my skin?
What is the lime in the water?
The water we consume on a daily basis has diluted minerals , as well as calcium carbonate ( lime ) and magnesium . Depending on the amount of these minerals in each liter of water, the " hardness " of the water will be determined. If it is hard it means that it contains calcium bicarbonate . Therefore, lime is a mineral that is usually concentrated in water and, when it dries, leaves it behind.

If sensitive skin is already usually delicate in itself, if we treat it with water with lime , the only thing we will achieve is that the chances of damaging our dermis are multiplied by two (it can even create atopic dermatitis ).
So now you know, if you're like me and you clean the shower every hundred in the wind, letting lime accumulate and clog the pipes... You'll have to start doing general cleaning every so often!
Also, taking into account that the same thing happens with the skin and that lime clogs our skin pores , we should also treat it more often! How about doing it with our
